I've come to understand that the spiritual path isn't about escaping the body, but learning to listen to it. So much of what is real cannot be seen, only felt. I'm fascinated by the unseen worlds of spirit, the intelligence of nature and the ancient wisdom we carry within us. My path has been one of learning to trust that inner knowing, even when it leads me somewhere unfamiliar.

For as long as I can remember, I've been curious about what lies beyond the surface of things. I studied psychic mediumship, explored spirituality and searched for a deeper understanding of myself and the world around me. Yet, beneath that curiosity, I was struggling. I was caught in patterns of drugs and alcohol, experiencing growing anxiety, and feeling increasingly disconnected from myself.
Something within me knew there had to be another way.
I wanted to understand who I was beneath the conditioning, the expectations and the ways I'd learnt to move through the world. So, I made a choice that would change the course of my life. I travelled alone to South America, following an impulse I couldn't fully explain, towards a life I couldn't yet imagine.
Looking back, I wish the world around me had said, yes, follow that feeling. Trust what is calling you into the unknown.
That journey became the beginning of a much deeper relationship with myself, my body, the natural world and the mysteries of spirit. It taught me that sometimes we have to step beyond what is familiar to discover what has been waiting within us all along.
The one who goes first
I know what it's like to be the one who goes first,
to awaken while loved ones still sleep,
to be the only one thinking in a new way,
to shed skins and identities that threaten the old way of belonging,
to create something new.
What I believe
The body remembers.
We are all connected.
Our patterns can change.
Nature holds wisdom.
We can redesign our lives.
We each have something unique to offer.

Why I do this work
I love helping people reconnect with themselves, discover what is uniquely theirs, and bring more of it into the world.
I dream of a better world.
