Conscious hair rituals honouring change, release and new beginnings. Hair carries story, memory and identity, through ritual we can cut away that which we are ready to leave behind as we step into the new versions of ourselves.

The deepening

In many ancient cultures hair is consider sacred. Our connection to spirit through the crown, ancestral memory, through D.N.A and our physical identity. 

Holistic Hair is a slow, intentional alternative to the salon chair. We begin with tea, breath and a card reading. What is being released? What is being welcomed? What does this threshold want to mark?

When we ritualize hair, we take the time to connect to the felt sense of the change.  Nicole will work energetically and as well physically with your hair.  You will have an opportunity to set an intention for how you wish to feel after your haircut and what you wish for your hair to help you to attract more of in your life.

More than a haircut, this experience weaves together intention setting, intuitive guidance and mindful hairdressing to create a space for reflection, renewal and self-connection. Together, we begin by exploring what you are ready to release, embody or call into your life, supported by ritual and a card pull, before moving into your haircut experience. Whether you're navigating change, celebrating a new chapter or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, this offering honours the understanding that our hair carries stories, memories and energy. This is a space to be witnessed, nourished and gently returned to yourself.

Held within a ceremonial container, this experience invites you to slow down and journey inward through ritual, plant medicine and healing practices that support emotional, energetic and spiritual alignment. Together, we create space to release old stories, reconnect with your authentic nature and embody the next chapter of your life.
