Soul & Soma is a growing constellation of gatherings. Some are held monthly. Others move with the seasons. All of them share a quality — slow, embodied, honest.
There is no performance here. No choreography to learn. Only breath, music, and the invitation to be met exactly as you arrive.
Whether you come to move, to sit in ceremony, or simply to be in the room — you are welcome.

A moving meditation. Held without instruction, without judgement — a slow arrival into the body through music curated to move you home.

Themed immersions weaving somatic practice, breathwork and ritual. Past themes: grief tending, ancestral thread, the felt sense of prayer.

Solstice, equinox and cross-quarter gatherings. Held to mark the wheel of the year in community — with fire, song, silence and shared table.
